Return Process

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your Ekster products in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
